All advisers within the AAG team must have achieved and satisfied all education, examination, experience and ethics requirements for certification or be currently working towards this quality designation.

All AAG advisers must have completed a comprehensive course set down by the licensee with the designation of Quality Adviser being granted. All AAG licensee practices must hold the minimum designation standard of Quality Practice, the highest accreditation that can be awarded by the licensee.
